We had a perfect stay at the Corner house.
Dawn was really helpful with any questions before and during arrival.
On arrival we we're amazed at the villa inside it is better than the pictures and Dawn has added lots of lovely finishing touches inside to make you feel right at home. loved relaxing here after being in the theme parks which were a nice easy drive to get to. We found lots of good places to shop and eat at near by nothing was an issue and we felt really safe in the area. We would love to stay next time we visit Orlando it was faultless.

The corner house was amazing. The place was spotless. Beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was the most well equipped kitchen of any rental we’ve ever had. There were plenty of supplies to get us started, like coffee, sugar, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. There were more towels than I’ve ever seen at any rental . Dawn was an incredible host. Extremely easy to get a hold of made the whole process a breeze. The community is a gated community where we have stayed many times. But by far this is the best home in the community.

I cannot begin to say enough about Corner house. Our family of 9 all adults, fit perfectly. Everyone has their place to relax after a crazy park day. We wish we chose more stay home days. Lots of activities in the house. We also went to the beach twice and the first time said we need to buy umbrella. Well we looked in the garage and there are chairs, umbrellas and cooler. Everything you need. It felt like home and everyone loved it. We will for sure be back. Thank you!!!

The one note I would make is that with traffic it takes roughly 38 mins from Disney and about 40 mins to Universal in heavy traffic.

The Corner House was a beautiful house, brilliantly located for all the Disney/Universal parks and plenty more in the Orlando area. It was clean and spacious, with plenty of lovely little touches that made us all feel right at home. Check in was easy thanks to the clear instructions, and the host and management were very quick to respond to questions.
The house was spacious and modern, the pool was great for the kids and the bikes, scooters and games room were a hit. I couldn’t recommend the house highly enough, it’s a great choice for anyone visiting the area.

We stayed here as a family of 6 in February and this house was definitely the best Airbnb accommodation we have experienced to date! The house is beautiful - just as the photos show. It is in a quiet estate, which was perfect to return to after a day in a theme park! The pool was a big hit, as was the games room. There are plenty of local options for an American- style breakfast, which tended to last us until evening time.
Dawn was a pleasure to deal with and very professional. I would highly recommend this house for a family stay in Orlando.

9 of us stayed in The Corner House and it was way beyond all of our expectations. The second we entered the property we were blown away at how modern, clean and comfortable the property was. Before we even went Dawn was so helpful advising me on best place for tickets/ minibuses/ local supermarket/restaurants etc. the property is in a lovely location and knowing we were in a gated community gave us extra piece of mind. The pool area is beautiful and my 3 granddaughters had to be dragged away to go to the Disney parks. The games room is an extra bonus enjoyed of an evening with a drink and a lot of banter. Dawn has thought of everything to ensure you have the best vacation possible. I would recommend this property to anyone. PS get up early if you enjoy wildlife. We were lucky to see Deer. Armadillo. Coyotes and always had the company of squirrels, raccoons and daily visits from the Turkeys. Enjoy

We enjoyed a 2 week stay at the corner house in September, the communication we received from the moment we booked to the end of our stay was second to none. The house was amazing! Exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. Pool was great and the outdoor area was by far the best that we have ever stayed at. Location was perfect. Gated community is a bonus as well. Dawn was easy and timely to communicate with. Our flights were delayed by 24hrs and Dawn was great with check in and even offered us an extra day! Dawn’s home was beyond our expectations! The home is just so beautiful and the pics don’t showcase the home enough. The amount of space, the availability of kitchen items, bathroom supplies, even towels for the pool. They have TVs in each bedroom. Communication with Dawn was quick and effective. Wow where do I start! This was our first visit to the corner house after our friends recommended the property (and Dawn).
This villa is something else, we will not stay anywhere else when visiting Orlando now as I’m not sure how you can ever top the corner house. It is pure luxury and there is nothing that hasn’t been thought about. The home is clean, tidy, comfortable and everything in the property is of exceptional quality. My children are 6 and 10, the house was perfect for them and they spent lots of time enjoying the pool, games room and park. The location is perfect close to supermarkets and all the parks.
From my very first message to Dawn she has been absolutely amazing. She has been so understanding and helpful through having to re arrange the holiday numerous times due to Covid. Her communication is excellent and she ultimately wants every family that arrives at the property to have the best possible holiday. It’s he been such an easy stress free process due to Dawn and all her help. Thank you we are so grateful!

This is a fantastic home, with a lot to offer for families. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a wonderful location. It offers an abundance of space for everyone. The pool area is so nice. We enjoyed our stay immensely. It was nice to have a "home away from home" for our travels.

My family of 7 spent one week at the Corner House while we visited the Universal theme parks. The home was clean, spacious, well decorated and had everything we needed. We got groceries at the nearby Publix and Walmart. Dawn was easy to reach when issues arose and she responded quickly. She is a great host. The only disappointing aspect for us was the travel time to and from Universal in the traffic. We left home at 7:45 each morning and it took 45 minutes to Universal. The evening traffic was worse. Otherwise on days we stayed home we played board games, the kids played in the neighborhood playground, enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and used the game room. Based on other reviewers Disney seems to be a shorter drive from the house located in Davenport.

Great place to stay for vacation. House was really clean and has everything you need. If you stay in the colder months pay the extra for the heated pool it is well worth it. On cold nights the pool was extremely warm and was great to have after a long day in the parks

We recently rented Dawn’s home for a week. The purpose of our visit was a family vacation to go to Disney and Universal Studios, both of which were not a far drive. We always stay at an Airbnb because we feel it’s a better value than paying for 2 hotel rooms or a hotel suite with 4-5 adults. We felt the location was good and there were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We liked it was a gated community and that Dawn’s house had an alarm system. The home was clean and comfortable and gave us all the space we needed to enjoy our weeks vacation. You can tell that Dawn takes pride in ownership and wants her guests to be comfortable. Everything was as pictured and described. Note that this is a typical Florida neighborhood where the houses are close together. Dawn’s house only has neighbors to one side. There is open land behind her and an “access driveway” to the other side which abuts tennis courts ( we played tennis our last morning since Dawn had some racquets and balls) and a cute little playground. We did notice that the workers that maintain the neighborhood use this access driveway to park their work trucks, but this did not cause any issues. They were trimming back the palm trees in the neighborhood while we were there so only 3 of the days did we see workers around.( we are not early risers so we probably would have missed them all together had we been out the door early) Everything about this house is comfortable. The beds, the sitting areas, the decor etc.. The kitchen was pretty well equipped. We only used it for 1 dinner and then breakfast daily. The pool area was great and the hot tub was a welcome treat after returning from a long day at the parks. Communication with Dawn was very easy and she was very responsive. I would highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back again sometime!

The Corner House was everything we had excepted and more. The decoration of the home is elegant and inviting, the rooms spacious and bright and every amenity thought out and easy to use. It felt like home very quickly. We would definitely stay there again. Five stars all around!

Really happy we found this place to stay near Lake Buena Vista. Everything was accurate from the listing and we found the place to be a great value. Dawn had everything ready for us and even provided the the little things such as soaps, pool towels and kitchen items all available for us to use. Having your own pool was such a plus for us and being the corner lot made the stay quiet and peaceful. We spent every day by the pool when we could. I would not hesitate to use this place as your home base if you are in the Disney Resort area.

This has been by far the best Airbnb I have stayed in. The host was amazing great communication and support before we even got there. Response time less than 2 hours. House immaculate spacious fully stocked. Beautiful home room to room. Personal touches everywhere. It was definitely a home away from home. The pool and patio is where my kids stayed the most. I would rent if available every time I came to Orlando. Love love love !!!!

This space was incredible! Everything is better than the photos. The only thing I would like to mention is that we wished the main living room had a smart TV. RENT THIS PLACE ASAP!! Dawn is an amazing host. She is very quick to respond and answered our questions promptly. Our children loved the outdoor pool. There were pool towels, tons of outdoor seating, and a great selection of pool toys. They swam every single night (even in a bit of rain) The house is beautiful. We loved the contemporary feel. There is plenty of space for everyone! Our family of 6 highly enjoyed the spacious living space, different areas of eating, and everyone had their own rooms which if you are a parent is a huge bonus. There were plenty of dishes and towels available as well!! We hope to be back some day in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is lovely, located in a quiet gated community that backs up to a wooded area. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished and comfortable. There are lots of places to sit throughout the house (important for privacy, Zoom calls, homework, etc), including a breakfast nook, living room, large kitchen island, dining room, small study/game room, and loft area. The pool area is comfortable with a large table, a couch, small tables, and lounge chairs. A bonus: the WiFi is fast, even with multiple people streaming! That is a rarity. We enjoyed watching all the birds that emerged from the woods behind the house, including turkeys, hawks, and lots of water birds. There is a playground and tennis court next door, which was convenient, and also far enough away so there wasn’t a noise disturbance. The neighborhood is very walkable, with a friendly community. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

When we were looking for a place in Florida, we wanted a nice location with a pool and hot tub with a modern interior that was very clean. This house is all that and more. The location is in a very nice gated neighborhood, it sits next to a tennis court and small park. The park and tennis courts are far enough away that you can't hear anything when sitting outside and was not used very much but it was a great view everyday. The house itself was beautiful, clean, well decorated and had a great feel. The pool area had nice pool toys, the kitchen had everything you would need to cook(we stayed two weeks and cooked every meal at home except 1) and the furniture was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was great. If you need a place to stay in central Florida, you can't do better than this place. Just don't book it next February because we will be back.

Pics do not do this home justice. So cozy and stylish. Comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, we sprung for the heat for the pool and don't regret it. There were a few nights and a day that didn't feel like swimming weather, but with the pool heat, it was like a warm bath on a cool night! Any questions we had arise, dawn was quick to respond. The space is large enough to spread out, and the kitchen is fully equipped. We were so pleased with our experience and will be booking here again in the future. For air travel, Tampa airport was about 20 minutes further away than Orlando airport, but worth the savings in airfare if you dont mind the added 20 minutes. Highly recommend! 2 thumbs way up!

The good: interior is better than pictures. Very modern and clean. House is located at the end of community with neighbors only on one side, the other side backs to tennis court and playground. We have not had any issues with people being loud or disrespectful on the playgrounds. Living room TV has some sort of service that allows to watch live programs from around the world, which was very cool. The owner is easy to deal with, but replies after about 3-4 hours. There is also an emergency repair number on the wall in case you need to talk to someone immediately.
The not-so-good: house backs to the woods and there seems to be some kind of plant or construction behind the woods. Nightly around 3-4 am I was woken up by sound of truck diesel engines. It wasn’t loud, but I am a light sleeper. Had to move downstairs and the problem was solved. Overall a great house in a quiet community. Definitely recommend.
Note from owner: There is a sand mine 2 miles away, I have never heard any noise during the night, sometimes in the day with the wind in the right direction you can hear a faint noise of an engine but you really have to be tuned in to it to hear it, however, if you are a light sleeper further comments always welcome.

Without a doubt the best villa we have ever stayed in, bearing in mind we have been holiday in Orlando for the last 20 years, so I have stayed in a few!
Dawn was so easy to deal with and more than helpful from Start to finish. Unfortunately would love to have booked for both my Orlando visits in 2020 but villa is unavailable, so I’m booking now for 2021.
The villa is decorated to a really high standard, and has everything you will ever need for your stay, even down to hair straighteners in addition to hairdryer.
We had pool heated during our stay, so spent lots of great times in the pool.
I cannot say just how wonderful the villa is but would encourage everyone to see for themselves.

The first thing I did when I got to the property was to email Dawn and tell her how super impressed we were with The Corner House. It exceeded all of our expectations and the photo's, even though brilliant, cannot capture the sheer size and beauty of this property and pool. Everything was absolutely perfect. The beds are so comfy, everything worked, the guestbook gave all of the details that we wanted and we were just bowled over by it! It was a pleasure to return home and enjoy the evening sun around the pool, watch tv together as a family and we just did not want to leave. It was perfect and we loved it. Will 100% go again!

Everything from start to finish was flawless, Dawn's communication is amazing and we literally could not fault anything. The Corner House is beautiful, it’s homely and so welcoming after a day walking your legs off at the parks. All our family loved it and the kids especially enjoyed the games room and the pool. They were never sat still. I even beat my husband at a game of tennis on the court to the rear of the property. There was everything we needed and every detail was thought of. Having visited Florida on many occasions being honest we’ve had our fair share of disappointments with our accommodation - thankfully that was certainly NOT the case at the beautiful Corner House. Absolutely beautifully decorated, immaculately presented and every amenity you could think of. A wonderfully peaceful retreat after a long, hot and busy day at the Parks. Convenient location for all the Parks, close to Walmart, Publix and various food offerings. Would highly recommend and would love to visit again.

I have recently returned from a two week stay in this lovely villa. Extremely spacious with very comfortable beds which was very welcome after long days walking around the parks. Great appliances washing machine and dryer excellent and very quick. Big fridge and freezer with ice capability. Dawn was absolutely excellent and answered emails or texts the same day, she also gave good advice in terms of the location of shops. Villa was situated away from the hustle and bustle of other villas so was a great welcome escape getting back to it. Lovely pool to come back to after walking all day nice and clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa close to the parks excellent host clean villa stocked with everything you could want I.e hair straighteners pushchairs and ample space for all your shopping. The only down side was I had to leave it!!

Our family of six has just spent two weeks in the New Haven Villa. All I can say it is fantastic. We have stayed in quite a few villas in Florida over the last ten years and this is certainly the best. The decor is of a very high standard and has obviously been lovingly renovated. The facilities are second to none, with luxurious and modern bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, lounges and games room. The bedding is pure luxury. It is ideal for teenagers and/or two families to share as there is a great deal of space and rooms to chill.
I cannot thank Dawn, the owner, enough for all the excellent information and support she provided. It certainly gave peace of mind.
I would strongly recommend New Haven Villa to anyone wanting to have a family holiday in Orlando. We would definitely stay there again.

Our group of 5 had an excellent stay at this property. There were no issues to mention. We were actually thrilled that small breakfast items were provided (tea, coffee, bread, cereal, etc.) as our flight arrived late and it was nice to wake up the next morning to a cup of coffee without having to go out and get it. The house is great, it has everything you need for a nice family vacation in Orlando. We arrived Friday night, the check in was really easy. One of our group had her 17th birthday and together with Dawn I had arranged a birthday cake. It was in the house as promised and looked great! Further there were a couple of things to get you through the first morning like water, bread, coffee etc., which was perfect so we didn't have to go straight to the supermarket on our first night. We've had a great stay in the house and really recommend it

We have just returned having spent a fabulous new year in a fantastic villa . After 25 years of hitting all the areas in Florida this is definitely the best placed villa location for the parks and malls and all of Orlando’s attractions . But what raises the Corner villa above the rest is the care and attention the owners have taken in the total remodel revamp that this villa has been through ... everything has been thought about and taken care of so you can have a perfect holiday . The owners are also extremely attentive and contactable for any questions before during and after your stay .... PERFECT home from home .. ...we will be back !!!!

We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks in August . What can I say , fantastic location, beautifully decorated villa with everything we needed . We have stayed in villas before and this one is by far the best . The communication between myself and Dawn was brilliant . The welcome pack when we arrived was a lovely touch . My family and I spent 6 days over the Thanksgiving holiday at the Corner House and absolutely loved our stay. The house is clean, modern and beautifully decorated, the pool and hot tub are a plus. Dawn is very accommodating and responsive to any questions or concerns that you may have. The house is in a great location, not far from Disney at all. We look forward to staying here again.

All round fantastic experience! Location - The villa is fantastically situated, a genuine 15-20 minutes from all the parks, some of the Villas we looked at advertised 15 - 20 minutes, but when you stuck it into a sat nav it was closer to 45. A few exits down the I4 and you are right there. For local amenities, there are supermarkets aplenty, Super Target, Walmart and Publix are all a short drive away and likewise restaurants such as Chili’s & Cracker Barrel etc. The Villa - What a great space! Situated in a lovely sub division which is maintained to the highest standards, infact the most activity we seen in the street were gardeners and maintenance workers, felt entirely safe at all times. The villa's back garden (And swimming pool) is perfectly positioned for all day sun, being netted in keeps all the pests away and the back door also has a nice covered area under which you can sit if the Florida weather plays up. The interior of the villa is finished to the highest standards, beautifully presented and comfortable, the Roku entertainment system and cable TV kept a 10year old with a short attention span (Like her dad) amused for those relaxing days away from the bustle of Disney. There’s enough room in the villa for everyone to get their own personal space and all the facilities you need to store and cook your own meals if the sodium content of the US Restaurant foods gets too much for you. :D The pool is a godsend, on those warm days, or long days trudging round the parks it was nice to cool off or even just sit on the edge and dangle your legs in, with a cool drink! Management - So simple, from deciding we were set on this home the whole process was simple and stress free - we were booking this as part of a multi destination trip and were glad of the ease of the transactions. Communication was great through the stay, and although we never needed it we took confidence from the knowledge that the assistance of both the owner and the management company were never far away with all contact details being provided.

Being the 5th property we have stayed in, in the area this one was by far the best. The place is huge and done to a very high standard. Plenty of space for the whole family and everything we needed for our stay. The pool is a good size and my son loved spending time in the upstairs sitting room. We didn’t really use the games room but was filled with plenty of things to do. Close enough to Disney and universal but far enough away from the hustle and bustle after long days at the parks to relax. Anything we needed or requested was dealt with straight away by Dawn and communication was great. There was lots of information in the villa about the area which is perfect for first timers visiting the area. The international tv was a bonus for anyone wanting to keep on top of their favourite tv shows from the uk. This villa will definitely be our first choice when we next visit.

We stayed at this fantastic villa from the 15th May to the 29th May, if you're thinking about booking, then please book, it's a fantastic place, the whole gated community is a lovely safe place, I cannot stress how nice this Villa is and the chats I had with Dawn were really nice, she would sort anything we needed and sort things we didn't need, she thought of everything. So get booking, you will not regret it.

9 of us spent 3 wonderful weeks in this beautiful villa end of March beginning of April 2018, The villa is all you could want, very spacious and clean with all you need for your stay.
A welcome package greeted us when we arrived which was a very nice touch especially as it was late in the evening after a very very long travel day.
The only issue we had was near the end of our holiday the pool stop working, we emailed Dawn and the response was fantastic, pool man arrived next day and identified the pump had failed, this was replaced next day for a brand new pump, fantastic service and nice to know when things do go wrong it gets sorted...Well done Dawn...
Little tip for when you need to avoid Champions gate when going to the I4, That section and I4 junction gets very very busy in the mornings, we spent a long time in queues and then we found a quicker way (typically near the end of our holiday). When you come out of Willow View Drive don't turn Right to Ronald Reagan Pkwy but turn left, this will take you onto a new road then turn left again on Osceola Polk Line Rd and then take the right turn on to the I4 slipway, thus avoiding Champions Gate, saved us loads of time..
We would definitely be using Florida Villa again when we next go to Florida.....

We always felt very safe and everything was sparkling clean when we got there. I would recommend this house for any family looking for a family rental close to MLB spring training or Disney!! Was an awesome house to stay in while we were enjoying the Disney parks. We had a party of 7 so was perfect for all the kids and adults to have their own space. Pool was really nice. We felt super safe with the gated community.

Dawn's place was exactly as described. She was extremely quick with responses when needed. The house is managed by a property management company. They did a great job! The heated pool was a nice touch, very comfortable to swim in even in high 60s to low 70s. The surrounding area was nice and quiet. I would recommend Dawn's place to anyone looking to rent in Orlando.

We spent 2 weeks in The Corner House from 4-18th January 2018 and had the best holiday ever with our 2 sons (21yrs & 17yrs) which was mainly due to this beautiful villa. I cannot stress how stunning and spacious it is. It was equipped with absolutely everything right down to cotton buds in every bathroom; a real home from home! The owners, Dawn and Mark were amazing as was their communication. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for spacious accommodation within easy access to all the parks and main attractions.

Me and my fiance stayed at the house for 10 days and we loved it! We played pro golf at champions gate which is close by and had a coach and a trainer with us for half of the stay. All bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. It was very clean and Dawn’s communication for the booking process and during the stay was very warm, friendly and helpful. We hope to be back next year! Great place and great hosts!

Our family loved our time at the corner house! Dawn was a fantastic host with quick response times! The house is spacious so everyone has their own space when needed! Beds r super comfy, decor is amazing! Pool/hot tub (heated) was worth ever penny we spent so much time in the pool and on the awesome back deck! Pictures really don't do justice to the space and layout of the house! It's way better then I expected! The house is also handy to Walmart which is nice for meals etc! Corner lot is awesome, no back neighbours, and only got some on one side! Playground right beside house with tennis court! Absolutely loved our time here and we will def be booking with dawn again when we do our next Florida vacation!

The Corner House is a beautiful villa in a great location and was perfect for our family holiday in Florida. The house is really well equipped with everything you could need for a stay with family and is close to the theme parks (about 20 mins drive to Disney) and close to amenities with the local Publix supermarket being only 5 minutes away. Dawn was really helpful both before and during our stay and was really flexible with a couple if requests we had not least allowing us to add a couple of additional guests at the last minute when family decided to come and visit us for a couple of nights. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this house to anyone else - hopefully we will be back!

Arrived at New Haven villa to find a welcome bag, was very much appreciated after such a long journey.

We stayed at the Corner House Legacy Park September 2017 just before the hurricane hit. The owner Dawn provided a 1st Class Service making sure we had provision and support before we arrived and throughout our stay.
A beautifully presented property situated on a gated community. The house has been tastefully decorated throughout to the highest standard. The villa has everything you need and much much more. It's situated close to Disney and Universal theme parks with restaurants and shops near by.
I would definitely book again. An outstanding 5 Star Villa which I'd highly recommend to all.

We had an amazing 2 week stay in August 2017. The home was immaculate and the design and space wonderful. It had everything that you would need. The support service was great too. On the first Friday we realised that the washing machine wasn't working and contacted the management company, Monday afternoon a new washing machine had been plumbed in.
The location is fab, only 15/20 minutes away from the parks and with some good restaurants and a large supermarket nearby. The owners have been a delight to deal with.

We've just enjoyed a wonderful stay at this villa. The villa is beautiful - even better than the pictures indicate. It's spacious, beautifully presented and most importantly incredibly comfortable. Dawn is a fantastic host - quick to respond to emails, gave great instructions prior to arrival and went out of her way to quickly resolve the one small issue we had. There was a welcome pack waiting for us when we arrived which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. We've stayed in a number of villas in Orlando and can say that this one is easily the best. Location is great, the villa is on a lovely quiet street in a gated community - very convenient for Disney and all major transport routes and has a supermarket and a choice of restaurants on the door step too. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the villa and definitely hope to return soon

We recently spent 10 nights at the Corner House. There were 8 people in our party of varying ages. The villa is outstanding, everything you could want and more. It is finished to a very high standard with a fantastic kitchen. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the master suite is amazing. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out as the villa is huge. The pool is very welcoming after a day in the parks.
The villa is within easy reach of everything Orlando has to offer and more. Its location means its not overlooked from behind and there is a kiddies play area just outside.
Dawn was amazing helpful and couldn't do enough for us, communication was excellent. The little extra touches in the villa were very special too.
There isn't anything this villa lacks and would highly recommend to anyone.

We had a truly fabulous stay at the villa within Windwood Bay. The decor is stunning, the bedrooms and ensuites are huge and it is situated in a very upmarket area within Champions Gate. There is a great Publix supermarket within 5 mins for all those little essentials and there was a lovely welcome pack on arrival. Disney and Universal were within easy reach but we also felt very secluded when we BBQd by the pool after long days at the parks. Dawn helped us immediately with every little requirement and any extra details/things that needed minor attention.
I have a very happy wife and three even happier daughters after our trip. We will definitely be back!!!

Everyone enjoyed staying at The Corner House. The house was up to date. There was plenty of activities for the kids to do. The patio has a wonderful area which includes a pool and Jacuzzi. Each bedroom was comfortable. We felt at home our entire stay. Anytime I had a question Dawn responded immediately. We will definitely be coming back to stay here!

Just stayed at the Corner House for 16 nights and everything was perfect. The attention to detail is second to none with everything you need for your home from home. Ideally located for all the major attractions and plenty of options for restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The bedrooms are all tastefully decorated with comfortable beds, plenty of wardrobe space and a tv in each room. There's everything you need in the kitchen and lots of room to relax in the living area after a busy day in the theme parks. Will definitely consider the Corner House for our next stay in Orlando.

Just arrived back from a 12 day stay in The Corner House and didn't want to come home! The location is perfect in the sense that it is close to all the attractions but quiet enough in the gated community to be able to unwind. Dawn was fantastic at communicating with us and nothing was left unthought of. The house is finished to a really high standard and we can't wait to go again!

We arrived on 25th May and departed on 8th June. A relatively straightforward drive from the Airport to the Villa, straight along the I4. The property looked impressive from the outside but then we went in and WOW! The Villa is amazing, it has everything you will need for your stay and much more! There were 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 children. The Villa was immaculate; it was like we were walking into a show house. The photos on the website of the Villa look impressive when I was booking it but even they didn’t do the house justice. The house is massive and you could honestly get lost in it. The children regularly played ‘hide and seek’ whilst we were there, they loved it. Kitchen area had everything you need with a Breakfast bar that the children loved sitting at. The Living room was so spacious, easily fitted us all in. The dining room was huge too, we didn’t use it to be honest as the living/kitchen area was big enough for us. All the bedrooms were great, each had a joining room as a wardrobe area. I lost track of how many bathrooms there were, you’ll never need to queue for the toilet in this Villa ! The pool area, our favourite part of the house. The children were never out of it. Regularly cleaned, properly secured and child friendly. Sun lounges outside by the pool as well as a table and chairs. Wi-Fi was great which is a must when you have kids who are constantly using their Ipads or smartphones. I really can’t describe how amazing this villa was, it really did make a big difference to our holiday. The location of the villa is great, so easy to drive to both Disney and Universal. We’d get to the parks early then by mid-afternoon the kids were asking could we go back to the Villa, they’d be in the pool within minutes of returning to the villa.
With regard to the Owner of the property, Dawn, absolutely brilliant. Dawn’s communication throughout was second to none. I had all the information I needed to enter the property and use the facilities. Payments were taken so easily and with total confidence. Exactly what you need and more from an owner of a property.
Honestly we absolutely loved this Villa and would highly recommend it to anyone. I’m sure we will be back to Florida again and when we do, this Villa would be the first thing I book. We had an amazing holiday and a big contributing factor to this was the Villa. Thank you so much Dawn for letting us stay in your wonderful home.

We recently stayed at The Corner House for 9 nights with multiple generations of our family. This house was perfect. We had lots of room to spread out yet enough space to be together in the common areas. The house is decorated and furnished to perfection. We had everything we needed and more! The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. The kitchen was brand new when we stayed, including new appliances. The pool area offers nice seating for outdoor dining or just relaxing by the pool. The pool was wonderfully kept and we were thankful to have the safety fence provided to keep the littles out when we needed to. The beds have nice linens and comfortable mattresses. Again, each bedroom is decorated and furnished perfectly. The master bedroom upstairs included a nice size ensuite including a nice sized walk in closet, 2 vanities, a soaking tub, large shower and a water closet. The owners were amazing to work with. Their communication was punctual and thorough. They provided a great deal of information leading up to the trip as well as a large manual at the house. They were very helpful in our trip planning and with questions that arose while we were staying at the house. The location of the house is convenient to shopping and restaurants. It is located in a large group of subdivisions in a very nice community setting. The community is gated and the house is secured with a security system all of which provided a feeling of peace and security. There is a playground and a tennis court right next to the house which provided an additional outlet for the excited energy of the children. The property behind the house is not developed which provided an additional feeling of peace and seclusion. In preparing for this trip, I looked at hundreds of houses in search of one that would meet our needs but also one that was a good value. This house was all of that and so much more. We will definitely look at The Corner House first for our next trip and I can't wait to refer friends to check it out.

We arrived on the 4th May and departed in the 19th May. When we arrived at the property and opened the door it immediately had the wow factor. Everything is pristine and so family friendly and would cater for adults, children, elderly , as the downstairs bedroom is self contained and goes straight out to the pool.
The house is huge, we went with our two grandchildren and we couldn't even hear them in the mornings which is unheard of, although this could be down to the wonderful landing which housed the x box.
The kitchen had everything you could possibly ask for and more. The pool area is very child friendly with it's covered lanai for breakfasts and in the evenings after long days at the parks, also the pool is secured with a mesh fence which gives you confidence that the children are safe around the pool area.
Booking this property was simplicity itself and Dawn the owner guided us through the booking every step of the way.
We have stayed in Florida many times over the years and I can honestly say if you read this review don't bother looking for anywhere else to stay, you will not find another property so near to Disney and with such great facilities. If you are looking for a holiday home to rent look no further than this property. You will definitely not be disappointed.

We stayed at New Haven from 23rd march -7th April 2017. We were impressed from the moment we pulled up.The house is lovely well decorated and furnished. Dawn was great with her communication throughout. There are no neighbours to the back so are not over looked barely even saw neighbours to sides. Quiet location but not too far from anywhere We found Publix supermarket useful during our stay. We got sub rolls made up for our lunch to take to Disney parks all though be warned you can not take food other than snacks into Sea World, Aquatica and Universal as we found we had to pay for a locker to put our lunch in before they would let us in. You can get refillable cups to use throughout the day at all parks there are some in the cupboard in the villa which will make it cheaper for you to get re chipped than to buy new. The only downside in our stay was the I4 moved very slowly you can expect traffic jams any time night or day. People do like to pull out constantly, this seems to be their way of driving so just take care and hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. It's hot out here so fair complexions use factor 50 or total block . For others minimum factor 30 is advisable too.

We stayed in the Corner House for 3 months this winter so got to know it very well. The house is beautifully decorated and well maintained, very bright and airy and well equipped. We didn't lack for anything and any small issues that cropped up were dealt with in a timely manner. The beds were all incredibly comfortable and linens and towels were plentiful and of good quality. Kitchen very well equipped. Location was just perfect for us with grocery around the corner and shopping and attractions nearby.
We enjoyed our time spent here and look forward to returning.

We stayed in this beautiful house for 2 weeks this February. Two families of 4 with so much space we lost each other in the house most of the time. Communication with the owners was brilliant they were on hand to us at any time before we left and during our stay. We will definitely be back.
